Mr Brent. thank you for what you did with this 50trades in 50..

I am on a journey to educate myself in the financial markets.. Currently studying stock catalyst.

I want to ask more about Catalyst when it comes to FX. What catalyst drives the FX markets in the short term 1-3 months? I will really appreciate your points on this matter. Thank you

Great to hear you’re diving into the financial markets! When it comes to FX, short-term catalysts over 1-3 months can include central bank decisions on interest rates, inflation reports, employment data, geopolitical events, and shifts in risk sentiment. For example, a sudden change in monetary policy or unexpected economic data can move currency pairs quickly. Additionally, events like trade agreements or political uncertainty (elections, for instance) often play a big role. Monitoring these factors closely will give you a better sense of what’s driving price movements in the FX market. Best of luck on your journey!

Brent well done on an incredible series of very well thought out, written and presented posts. I have read every one and used to look forward to the next installment immediately after. You should be very proud of yourself for all this information you've given away for free and for being dedicated enough to see it through. I hope one day I get to meet you in real life and we share a drink together.

All the best to you and your family :)
